Mane Energy is seeking a Project Lead Engineer for High Voltage Substations in Brussels, Belgium, with regular site presence. The role involves leading projects from concept to delivery across 36kV to 380kV networks, coordinating internal teams, suppliers, contractors, and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, experience in project or site delivery, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience managing engineering projects and/or site delivery.
• Strong interest in energy and infrastructure sector.
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to communicate confidently with customers, contractors and technical teams.
• Collaborative approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects from definition through completion, ensuring technical delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Perform technical studies and support engineering activities.
• Develop budgets, monitor costs and monitor project performance.
