JOBS IN MIND bvba in Belgium is seeking a Site Engineer to join a major offshore high-voltage infrastructure project connecting wind farms to the grid. You will work across Vlissingen, Schiedam and Brussels offices, reporting to the Construction Lead and coordinating with engineering, construction and EPC teams.

This role demands safety-minded, QA/QC focused professionals with at least two years of relevant experience and a degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Electromechanical.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience on construction sites.
• Offshore experience is a strong plus and beneficial for the role.
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
• Strong safety, quality mindset and reporting abilities.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and quality on site and support QA/QC.
• Provide technical follow-up for electromechanical works.
• Serve as main contact for technical questions from engineering team.
• Coordinate with Construction Manager and site team on execution.
• Take ownership of issues during outfitting and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and participate in site inspections and reporting.
• Review contractor technical documentation and manage inspections.
• Coordinate suppliers and external parties on site.
