TEC nv seeks a Construction Manager Offshore to lead daily construction activities on Princess Elisabeth Island, coordinating client representatives and project engineers. You will ensure safe, compliant progress and act as SP0C on site for all day-to-day operations.

We require at least 10 years in civil construction, an engineering degree, and offshore experience. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of civil construction experience.
• Engineering degree in civil/construction preferred.
• Experience in offshore sector is a strong asset.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate offshore construction activities and teams.
• Act as SPOC on site for all day-to-day activities.
• Monitor health, safety, quality and progress of works and address risks.
• Oversee rebar, formwork, concreting, revetment rock works and harbour outfitting.
• Provide progress reporting and mitigate potential issues.
• Assist staffing and integration of client representatives.
