Vestas is seeking a Team Lead for Warehouse operations in offshore service campaigns. You will lead stockkeepers, plan workloads, and ensure safe, efficient offshore logistics across North and Central Europe.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAP records, coordinating with harbor and vessel sites, and driving safety and process improvements with a proactive, team‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship and/or degree in warehouse-management or logistics.
• Wind industry warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/AX) and inventory control.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the team of service campaign stockkeepers handling materials, spare parts, tools, and consumables for offshore operations; plan daily workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
• Conduct regular team briefings and toolbox talks; ensure adherence to safety standards.
