Vestas is seeking an Offshore Warehouse Coordinator to support service operations across offshore wind farms in Europe. You will manage spare parts, inventory, and logistics on vessels and in ports, ensuring availability for operations and coordinating with service teams.

The role involves travel across Europe, maintaining stock accuracy in SAP, handling PPE and calibration tools, and supporting local purchases and deliveries to wind farms.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management, with renewable energy or offshore industry experience.
• Knowledge of customs, import/export procedures, and shipping processes.
• Solid inventory management capabilities with stock accuracy and control.
• Understanding of forecasting, safety stock, and broader supply chain processes.
• Computer knowledge: SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS, ERP SAP/AX.
• Good written and spoken English with cross‑team communication.
• Full driving and forklift license.

Responsabilités

• Travel nationally and internationally to support offshore wind service operations across SOVs, harbours, and warehouse locations.
• Manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring materials, tools, consumables, and spare parts are available to meet operational requirements.
• Ongoing communication and coordination with the Service organization and supply teams.
• Maintain stocks in SAP ERP and perform material postings and inventories.
• Manage PPE, hoists, testing tools and devices requiring periodic testing or calibration.
• Request offers for local purchases and create purchase orders.
• Coordinate waste handling on vessels and port offloads, plus ad‑hoc spare parts deliveries.
