Vestas NCE is seeking a Service Campaign Stockkeeper Team Lead to supervise offshore stockkeepers handling materials, tools and consumables for offshore operations across North and Central Europe. You will plan workloads, ensure safe operations, and coordinate with harbor warehouses while maintaining SAP records and driving performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, logistics expertise, and the ability to align with Service Campaign Operations.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or degree in warehouse-management or logistics is required.
• Wind industry warehouse experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of customs procedures earns points in this environment.
• Proficient in SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, TMS and ERP systems (SAP/AX).
• Strong communication and team management skills; good time management and planning.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the service campaign stockkeepers in offshore operations.
• Plan daily workloads, allocate tasks and monitor performance for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate SAP inventory records and coordinate with project meetings for alignment.
• Coordinate with other team leads to manage harbor warehouse materials and schedules for offshore sites in NCE.
• Support planned and unplanned service events and promote a safety culture among stockkeepers.
• Lead the team to report incidents and drive continuous improvement via KPIs.
• Own the training matrix and document requirements for port operations in NCE.
• Support audits and help structure offshore operations from a supply chain perspective.
