Vestas is seeking a Lean Specialist to strengthen our Global Service Operations in Offshore. You will join a team of Lean Specialists across regions to drive Operational Excellence, change management, and cost-out initiatives while maintaining safety and quality.

Primary work location is Aarhus, Denmark, with possible placements in Copenhagen, Oostende, IJmuiden, Warrington or Szczecin. Expect travel about 80 days per year and opportunities to impact service performance across borders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years in Change Management (Lean) with proven results.
• Experience in offshore working environment; managerial experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the Service Lean NCE Offshore roadmap.
• Deploy Lean tools, lead Kaizens, assess training needs.
• Reduce costs by implementing Operational Excellence projects and cost-out plans.
• Share Offshore best practices globally.
