Vestas in Oostende, Belgium, is seeking an HSE professional to support offshore wind operations in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role focuses on promoting safety culture, delivering campaigns and training, and maintaining HSE documentation across onshore and offshore tasks.
You will collaborate with operational teams, conduct risk assessments, participate in toolbox talks, and help manage incidents and inquiries while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies.

You’ll work closely with operational teams, contribute to continuous improvement, and play a key role in managing risks and incident prevention. As part of the North and Central Europe (NCE) region, our HSE team provides key support to the O M department within Cluster 3. We collaborate closely with operational teams across 11 offshore wind farms in Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and risk management. In this offshore setting, our team helps build a safety-focused culture and supports safe, efficient operations

Primary work location: Oostende, Belgium, 3 days a week in office. You will be required to attend the office every day to begin with.
This position requires approximately 10 days of travel per year.
