dear digital is seeking a Finance Consultant to join the Odoo team. You will guide businesses through financial process optimization, configure Odoo finance modules, and translate needs into actionable docs for developers. You will train users and ensure a successful digital transformation with close teamwork across developers and project managers.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, client communication, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-friendly, fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with interest in financial process automation.
• Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and confident in decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations and finance modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clients' financial processes via workshops and interviews aligned with Odoo.
• Provide clear, structured advice on financial process optimization and configurations.
• Configure Odoo finance modules to match client requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional docs for the dev team.
• Validate and test the Odoo financial environment for clients.
• Train users and create financial process documentation for adoption.
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and consultants to craft solutions.
