Kuehne+Nagel in Antwerp is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our Sea Logistics Export team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information, solutions, and tailored ocean freight support to ensure reliable on-time deliveries.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, and carriers to optimize processes, expand our customer base, and build trusted relationships. Dutch and English fluency, plus a proactive, service-oriented mindset, are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, preferably sea logistics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, resilient, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Provide holistic support for customers in sea freight and promote long-term partnerships.
• Process customer inquiries and prepare offers.
• Control order processing from acceptance to document verification to shipment completion.
• Create and maintain customer data; generate reports for analysis and service optimization.
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales and carriers.
• Expand existing customer portfolios and develop new business opportunities.
