Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an Account Executive for RSA to act as the primary customer interface and trusted advisor for key utility stakeholders in South Africa.

You will own the customer lifecycle from identification and development through proposal, contract negotiations, and project delivery oversight, collaborating with Product Management, Operations, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Project Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline, 10+ years of experience in operation, sales, or business with increasing progression of complexity.
• Extensive experience in nuclear plant engineering, project and resource management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with utility executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business strategies, operational challenges, and long-term objectives.
• Lead capture activities and work with technical teams to define winning solutions, value propositions, and delivery strategies.
• Coordinate closely with Product Management, Legal, Finance, Account Management and Supporting organizations to align customer expectations with business objectives.
• TravelRequirements: 20-30% domestic and/or international travel.
