This HR Operations Specialist role centers on Nordics employment matters while spanning multiple European countries, collaborating with legal, payroll, and finance teams to deliver compliant and client-focused HR solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or similar client-facing HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Nordics employment law and HR practices.
• Fluent in English; additional Nordic languages are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary HR advisor for assigned countries (primarily Nordics).
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Deliver a high-quality employee and client experience by resolving HR queries and supporting events.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement and standardisation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, and external partners to ensure seamless HR services.
• Support reporting, audits, HR administration, knowledge management, and strategic projects.
