EUROPEAN DYNAMICS (ED) is seeking a Data Scientist – Text mining / NLP fluent in English to join the Brussels team. The role involves designing and implementing advanced NLP/ML models, collaborating with client IT teams on site, and delivering robust code using Python.

The successful candidate will work within the Development team, focusing on state-of-the-art NLP, ML, and AI techniques, with opportunities to impact major European projects.

Qualifications

• Design and implement NLP/ML models.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise advanced AI, NLP, and ML models using LLMs and RAG frameworks.
• Tokenisation, POS tagging, NER, classification and clustering on text data.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models on domain-specific tasks.
• Develop robust Python code for scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products and services.
• Perform rigorous analysis to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
• Contribute to AI solution reviews and architecture design.
• Develop comprehensive reports and visualisations for stakeholders.
