European Dynamics seeks an Expert in AI/NLP/ML to join the Development team in Brussels, Belgium, collaborating with a major client on-site. You’ll architect, prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs, LangChain and cloud-native services, while ensuring security and compliance.

The role requires strong English and extensive AWS/DevOps experience, with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and deliver production-grade systems.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT with at least 13 years of IT experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in LLMs: fine-tuning, prompting, evaluation, and deployment.
• At least 2 years of experience in LangChain or equivalent frameworks for LLM orchestration.
• At least 2 years of experience in Vector databases.
• At least 2 years of experience in Python with Jupyter Notebooks.
• At least 2 years of experience in AWS services for AI, data, and cloud-native development.
• At least 1 year of experience in MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring of AI solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience in data engineering and archiving best practices.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and security best practices in AI and cloud deployments.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and GDPR compliance would be an asset.
• Possess AWS, TensorFlow, Kubernetes credentials would be advantageous.
• Excellent command of the English language.

Responsabilités

• Engaging with Business stakeholders, organising workshops and meetings to gather requirements.
• Analysing needs in the archiving domain and translating them into robust technical specifications.
• Designing secure, scalable AI- and cloud-based architectures.
• Developing and deploying LLM-based solutions using Python and notebooks.
• Leveraging AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Building prototypes and production-ready services using LangChain and related tools.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for knowledge transfer.
• Integrating solutions into existing data and archiving systems.
• Monitoring and optimizing deployed solutions over time.
• Collaborating with Business, IT Infrastructure and Security teams for sustainability.
