Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, ML or related field.
• Proven experience in ML, NLP, and text mining.
• Strong Python skills with libraries such as Pandas, spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face.
• Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on with LLMs, pre-trained models, Transformer architectures.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
• Understanding of scalable ML architectures, model deployment, GPU optimisation, experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimise advanced AI, NLP, and ML models.
• Work with LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Transformer architectures.
• Develop text processing solutions: tokenisation, NER, classification, clustering, topic detection.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models for domain-specific applications.
• Build robust Python-based solutions and scalable ML pipelines.
• Contribute to ML architecture, model performance, and AI solution integration.
• Conduct experiments and communicate insights via reports and visualisations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions.
