Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ML and NLP.
• Strong Python and NLP library knowledge.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• Experience building and evaluating AI/NLP/ML models using LLMs and RAG.
• Familiarity with pre-trained models and Transformer architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise NLP/ML models using LLMs and RAG.
• Develop tokenisation, POS tagging, NER, classification and clustering methods.
• Fine-tune models on domain-specific tasks and evaluate results.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI/ML into products.
• Create reports and visualisations to communicate insights.
