The Liman Hotel is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the night shift, ensure service quality and hotel safety, and handle reservations and cash reconciliations.

The ideal candidate speaks English and French, with Dutch an advantage, and has experience with Opera, Micros and MS Office. The role is a fixed-term contract for 3 months with two nights per week, on-site at the hotel.

Qualifications

• Night auditor with front desk experience and ability to work overnights.
• Languages: English and French; Dutch is a plus.
• Knowledge of Opera/Opera Cloud, Micros and MS Office.
• Neat, professional appearance and strong customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and be flexible with tasks.
• First experience as Night Auditor.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming and checking in/out guests, handling walk-ins and reservations.
• Answering phone, processing inquiries by telephone and email.
• Closing the day in the system and related administration.
• Maintaining guest safety and performing night audit and reports.
• Reconciling accounts and balancing cash drawers.
• Serving guests with room service and ensuring lobby cleanliness.
• Conducting duty rounds and generating night reports.
