Tractebel, part of ENGIE Group, seeks a Team Leader for Neutronic Studies to guide a ~10-person engineering team in reactor physics, criticality, shielding and residual heat calculations. You will report to the Core & Fuel Studies Group Manager and blend technical leadership with people management to deliver projects.

You will lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and participate in business growth through client engagement and coordination with project managers.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Solid background in reactor physics and neutronics.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in reactor physics, criticality, shielding, activation and residual heat calculations.
• Coordinate technical leadership with project managers to ensure on-time and on-budget deliveries.
• Perform annual performance reviews and set development objectives for team members.
• Engage with clients and support commercial activities to drive business growth.
• Organize workload and coordinate efforts across functions within the Matrix Functional Structure.
