Job summary

Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, is seeking a Team Leader for the Neutronic Studies team to drive a multidisciplinary group of about 10 engineers in reactor physics and core studies. You will combine technical leadership with people management to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

You will mentor talent, coordinate activities with other groups, support business growth with client interactions, and ensure performance reviews and development for team members in a dynamic, international

Qualifications

• Engineer with civil/industrial background in nuclear energy or physics.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear industry and field experience preferred.
• Solid theoretical basis in PWR systems and core physics phenomena.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of ~10 engineers in reactor physics, criticality, shielding and residual heat calculations.
• Coordinate technical leadership with project managers and other leaders.
• Ensure quality, deadlines and budget adherence; manage workload and resources.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and personal development plans.
• Engage with clients to support business growth and related activities.
