Tractebel in Belgium is seeking a Team Leader for the Neutronic Studies team to guide a multidisciplinary group of about 10 engineers specialized in reactor physics, neutronics, shielding and related calculations.

You will combine technical leadership with people management to ensure high-quality studies, on-time delivery and alignment with safety and sustainability goals, reporting to the Core & Fuel Group Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in nuclear energy, nuclear physics or related field.
• Experience in neutronics / reactor physics is an asset.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Able to lead change and transformation initiatives.
• Fluent English and French or Dutch; good command of the other language.

Responsabilités

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of about 10 engineers in reactor physics and related studies.
• Ensure quality, deadlines and budgets; coordinate workload.
• Promote collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Engage with clients and support commercial activities.
• Report to the Core & Fuel Group Manager and conduct performance reviews.
