Job summary

Tractebel, part of the ENGIE Group, seeks a Team Leader for Neutronic Studies to guide a 10‑person engineering team focused on reactor physics, criticality, shielding and related calculations. You will report to the Core & Fuel Studies Group Manager and blend technical leadership with people management to ensure timely, high‑quality project delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree or physics background, with strong neutronics knowledge and proven leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a technical group.
• Strong knowledge of reactor physics, neutronics or related nuclear fields.
• Ability to coordinate projects and drive milestones within a matrix structure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers in reactor physics, criticality, shielding and activation studies.
• Ensure quality, deadlines and budget adherence for projects.
• Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and high-performance culture.
• Engage with clients and support commercial activities to grow the business.
• Assign tasks and monitor workloads across the team.
