Puratos is seeking a Group ICT Network & Security Project Specialist in Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium. The role covers end-to-end management of LAN/WAN and security projects, coordination with HQ and regional teams, and ensuring business continuity for ~9,000 IT users on the Puratos SDWAN platform.

Requirements include 5+ years in LAN/WAN or Security, hands-on troubleshooting, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English (focus on English). The job is full-time and onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LAN/WAN or Security.
• Experience with SDWAN, firewalls and network security systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on mentality.

Responsabilités

• Firewalling and load balancing: troubleshoot and apply changes; implement new installations and features.
• LAN and WLAN: install and configure Cisco switches; tune wireless performance.
• SDWAN: coordinate with global WAN provider and participate in service reviews.
• Documentation: maintain design documents for projects and installations.
• Physical installations: assist with equipment setup and cabling per Puratos standards.
• Support: provide operational support for wired and wireless networks across Puratos entities.
• Monitoring: follow up on monitoring systems for network and security.
• Lead projects: manage time and balance multiple projects with maintenance tasks.
