Global Technology Solutions Ltd. in Belgium is seeking an Operations Manager with expertise in Cisco network infrastructure and network security. You will own OT and enterprise network operations, drive incident resolution, and govern changes in production environments.

The role requires 8+ years experience, hands-on Cisco/LAN/WAN knowledge, and strong English and Dutch communication. You will collaborate across plant, IT, cybersecurity, and vendors to increase resilience and service quality.

Qualifications

• OT and enterprise networks with strong L3 technical expertise.
• Dutch and English language skills are mandatory.
• Experience leading incidents, changes and governance in production environments.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end OT infrastructure and network operations to ensure service reliability.
• Lead major incidents, troubleshooting, escalations, and service recovery activities.
• Manage controlled changes within production-sensitive environments.
• Collaborate with plant teams, engineering, IT, cybersecurity and vendors.
• Improve operational visibility through documentation, risk tracking and governance.
