Job summary

Dynappco is seeking a motivated Business/Functional Consultant to translate customer queries into functional requirements. After training in NetSuite and our project methodology you join our implementation team on ERP projects, new implementations and rollouts.

In this role you run workshops with business and IT to capture needs, design and configure NetSuite, and collaborate with development for customizations. You will train users, support UAT, and guide the startup phase after go-live.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, finance and accounting or logistics processes.
Experience with ERP implementations is a plus.
Affinity with IT (JavaScript, web services, HTML, SQL) is a plus.
Master's or bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Run workshops with business and IT to capture client needs, translating them into functional requirements.
Develop an implementation plan with scope, workload, and delivery schedule.
Design and configure NetSuite to fit client requirements and propose customizations as needed.
Provide training sessions for key users and end users; support UAT.
Guide the client through start-up phase after go-live.
