Job summary

BDO Belgium is seeking a Junior ERP Implementation Consultant to join its Enterprise Solutions team. You will configure and optimize Oracle NetSuite and other ERP systems, analyze client problems and build automation.

You will also perform data migrations, create reports, conduct UAT, and provide on-site training. The role offers flexible hours and the possibility to work from home, with a competitive salary and a strong focus on development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and passion for IT implementations.
• Knowledge of accounting, planning and budgeting.
• Interest in software tools, databases, queries, scripting and reporting.
• Analytical mindset with ability to approach problems from multiple angles.
• Client-oriented, empathetic, flexible and team-focused.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client problems and configure business software.
• Build and optimize automation across tools.
• Create reports within the systems.
• Conduct data migrations and UAT, including test scenarios.
• Provide on-site training for clients' super/admin users.
