Dynappco is seeking a motivated NetSuite ERP Support Consultant to work with different customers and learn NetSuite.

After intensive NetSuite training you will join the support team; you will handle questions, incidents and change requests from customers and design configurations for NetSuite solutions.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience analyzing business processes in finance, purchasing or logistics.
• Ability to learn new processes and applications quickly.

Dynappco is looking for a motivated NetSuite ERP Support Consultant who is ready to work with different customers and eager to learn about the NetSuite ERP application.

After an intensive training in NetSuite you will join our dedicated NetSuite support team. As a support consultant you will be handling questions, incidents and change requests from our customers.

Your role

You analyse and solve the tickets our clients raise. You like to dig into a problem until you understand it, and when there is no standard fix, you come up with a creative workaround. For change requests, or to solve an issue, you design and configure the NetSuite solution yourself.

You are the bridge between the client and the NetSuite support team, and you care about the client's experience: you want every client to have the best possible time with NetSuite.

Who you are

You have a master's or bachelor's degree and experience analysing business processes in finance, purchasing or logistics. You learn new business processes and applications quickly, and you bring a strong work ethic to every ticket.

You communicate clearly with clients and colleagues, in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

• Experience with ERP implementations is a plus
• An affinity with IT (JavaScript, web services, HTML, SQL) is a plus
