Job summary

Dynappco is seeking a motivated Business/Functional Consultant to translate customer queries into functional requirements. After training in NetSuite and our project methodology you join our implementation team on ERP projects, new implementations and rollouts.

In this role you run workshops with business and IT to capture needs, design and configure NetSuite, and collaborate with development for customizations. You will train users, support UAT, and guide the startup phase after go-live.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, finance and accounting or logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP implementations is a plus.
• Affinity with IT (JavaScript, web services, HTML, SQL) is a plus.
• Master's or bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.

Your role

You run workshops with business and IT to understand what the client really needs, functionally and technically, and you capture those requirements accurately. Together with the project manager, you turn them into an implementation plan: the scope, an estimate of the workload and a delivery schedule.

Then you design and configure NetSuite to fit the client. Where a requirement goes beyond the standard, you propose a workaround or design a customization together with our development team. You care about the client's experience, and you want every implementation to be the best NetSuite experience they could have.

• Run training sessions for key users and end users
• Support the client during user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Guide the client through the start-up phase, during and after go-live

Who you are

You have a master's or bachelor's degree and experience analysing business processes in finance, purchasing or logistics. You know the general flows of a company, such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay, and you learn new business processes and applications with ease.

You communicate clearly with every kind of stakeholder, in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
