Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a NetSuite Consultant to lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, gather requirements, design solutions, configure systems, test, and deploy.

You will customize workflows, scripts, dashboards, and reports, collaborate with clients to understand their processes, provide training, and ensure adoption of the NetSuite platform across finance, supply chain, and CRM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

System Optimization and Enhancements:

• Identify opportunities to enhance NetSuite functionality to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.

Integration and Data Management:

• Integrate NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
• Oversee data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Documentation and Compliance:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirements, technical specifications, and user guides.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience working as a NetSuite Consultant, Administrator, or in a similar ERP-focused role.
  • Proven experience in NetSuite implementations, customizations, and integrations.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Knowledge of database management and integration tools (e.g., RESTlets, SOAP, Celigo, Dell Boomi).
  • Strong understanding of financial modules, supply chain, CRM, and other NetSuite modules.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NetSuite Certification(s) such as SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or services is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
