Job summary

Signpost in Belgium is seeking an Exact ERP Expert to drive digital transformation across ERP, CRM, PIM and in-house platforms. You will own ERP projects from concept to implementation, optimize core processes and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments and countries.

This hands-on role blends project management, technology and process improvement, requiring strong English communication and experience with Exact ERP and CRM environments such as Dynamics.

In this role, you'll take ownership of ERP-related projects, support system integrations and work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments and countries to deliver impactful business solutions.

You’ll manage projects from concept to implementation, optimize processes based on business needs and help shape a scalable systems landscape spanning ERP, CRM, PIM and several in-house developed platforms. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys combining project management, technology and process improvement.

Your strengths:

• Experience with ERP implementations and business process optimization
• Hands‑on mindset with a pragmatic approach to solving problems
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage expectations across different teams
• Experience with Exact ERP and preferably CRM environments such as Dynamics. This is non a non-negotiable knowledge this position needs.
• Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English
