Job summary

EMW, Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to lead complex system design, MBSE-driven architecture, and cross-domain integration for NATO-relevant projects. You will act as a technical focal point, manage Node lifecycles, coordinate SMEs, and ensure end-to-end, secure operations across domains in a consultancy-like capacity.

Required NATO SECRET clearance, 10+ years in engineering, and fluent English for detailed technical documentation and collaboration with international teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Systems/Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in complex ICT/CIS, defence, aerospace or highly integrated systems.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Solution Architecture for complex systems.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into implementable DCIS solutions and architecture.
• Define overall technical solution and Node/Module/Service structure.
• Act as Complex Systems Product Owner for designated Nodes and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate multi-domain engineering contributions and ensure integrated, coherent solutions.
• Provide system-level guidance to operations and SMEs; manage technical debt and obsolescence.
