Work Life Group is recruiting L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for an end-user laptop deployment across multiple NATO sites in Europe. You will provide onsite support during handovers, assist users with logins and basic device issues, and work in a deskside role rather than infrastructure engineering.

Must hold an active NATO Secret clearance and be available for at least one project location/week. Projects run 1–4 weeks, with ongoing Run Phase support one day per week at core sites through 2029.

Competenze

• Active NATO Secret clearance is required.
• L1/L2 IT support or deskside experience.
• On-site end-user support capability.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and login issues.
• Professional working English.
• Willingness to travel to NATO locations.
