Work Life Group is seeking L1/L2 IT Support Technicians for an upcoming end-user device deployment project across multiple NATO locations in Europe. Technicians will provide onsite end-user support during handover and assist users with login or basic technical issues. The role emphasizes deskside support rather than infrastructure engineering or device logistics.

Active NATO Secret clearance is mandatory. Availability for at least one project location/period is required, with deployments across

Qualifications

• Active NATO Secret clearance
• L1/L2 IT support, desktop/deskside/EUC/field/service desk/IMAC experience
• Comfortable providing onsite end-user support
• Experience troubleshooting Windows, login and basic user/device issues
• Professional working English
• Availability for at least one location/period
• NATO/NCIA/defence/government experience is highly relevant
