Work Life Group is recruiting IT support technicians for an end-user laptop replacement programme across NATO locations in Europe. The contractors will provide on-site end-user assistance during handover, resolve login and basic device issues, and support across multiple sites, based on availability and travel willingness.
Applicants must hold an active NATO Secret clearance and have L1/L2 IT support experience, with strong English communication.
Qualifications
- Active NATO Secret clearance required.
- L1/L2 IT support, desktops, deskside or service desk experience.
- Onsite end-user support across NATO locations.
Responsabilités
- Provide onsite end-user support during laptop handover and deployments.
- Assist users with login and basic device issues.
- Support end-users across multiple NATO sites with remote coordination as needed.
- Coordinate with locations and deployment periods based on availability.
