EMW in Belgium is seeking an experienced Penetration Tester to support NATO exercises from Braine-l'Alleud with a planned move to Brussels. The role requires hands-on testing across web, infrastructure, and applications, plus active NATO SECRET clearance and 3+ years of practice in security assessments.

You will lead or join Red/Blue Team activities, deliver clear technical reports with remediation plans, and coordinate with security boards and stakeholders to ensure NATO policies are met.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• 3+ years in web application penetration testing.
• 3+ years in IT infrastructure penetration testing.
• 3+ years in network security architecture design.
• 3+ years assessing vulnerabilities in OS, software, protocols & networks.
• 3+ years researching and evaluating security products/technologies.
• Proficiency in UNIX and Windows system administration.
• 3+ years using penetration testing tools and methodologies.
• Scripting in Perl, Python, Ruby or shell.
• Knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, and malware techniques.
• Ability to assess risks and propose mitigations.
• Ability to produce clear technical reports with executive summaries and remediation plans.

Responsabilités

• Lead and/or be part of the Red/Blue Team during NATO exercises.
• Provide web, infrastructure and application level penetration testing.
• Provide security design reviews to ensure compliance with NATO policies.
• Provide security consultancy and advice to projects and plans.
• Build and sustain communications with stakeholders including NCIA boards and NATO authorities.
• Brief at executive and technical levels on security reports and testing outcomes.
• Coordinate with the Penetration testing Cell head and stakeholders.
