Spektrum Management Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to join a NATO customer site in Mons, Belgium. You will install, configure and maintain computing, printing and network devices, manage user access in Active Directory, and contribute to IT security compliance and IT service management processes.

The role involves on-site work in Mons, with some travel to other NATO sites and a requirement for an active NATO Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ICT/CIS environments.
• Experience supporting IT users, desktop hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of PC deployment and office automation software.
• Active NATO Secret security clearance required at time of application.
• SCCM and Active Directory experience.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and maintain computing, printing and network devices.
• Install and configure COTS software on networked and standalone workstations.
• Configure local server software and peripheral devices.
• Create, maintain and troubleshoot user access in Active Directory.
• Contribute to IT security compliance and remediation activities.
• Support incident, change, configuration and asset management processes through the ITSM toolkit.
