Contact One Communications, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead NSIP and major procurement initiatives in cyber security for NATO. You will define scope, assemble resources, monitor budgets and timelines, and deliver proposals and bids.

You will coordinate with leadership, provide regular status reports, manage risks, and mentor the project team to meet objectives with quality and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related scientific or engineering discipline and 3 years post-related experience.
• Alternatively, 10 years of progressive expertise in duties related to the Statement of Work.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager for large organizations delivering C4ISR within defence.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the management of NSIP projects and major cyber security procurement projects.
• Identify, plan and manage resources to meet milestones and initiate corrective actions.
• Define, execute and complete projects including proposals and source selections.
• Review project approach with the Portfolio Manager per agency processes.
• Monitor progress and risk to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
• Provide regular status reports to leadership, NATO committees, and executives.
• Understand customer requirements, collect data, deliver analysis and solutions.
• Lead the project team and manage deviations through risk management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management within NCI Agency.
