Amaris Consulting is seeking a Central Planning Specialist to join its Life Sciences team in Belgium. You will coordinate field activities, optimize resource planning, and ensure smooth communication between customers, field engineers and internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer-facing attitude and professionalism.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritise under time constraints.
• Negotiation and influencing skills to adjust planning.
• Comfortable with Windows and Google Suite; SAP is a strong plus.
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests.

Responsabilités

• Plan and allocate resources to cover preventive maintenance, dispatch repairs, modifications, meetings, trainings, holidays, sick leaves and on-call duties.
• Participate in rotation to alternate between dispatch management and service planning for continuity.
• Manage LocalSupport mailbox and coordinate with Field Resources (FSE/IT/FAS).
• Use Knowledge Matrix to assign the most qualified FSE considering availability, urgency, SLA and intervention type.
• Create and update Cases and Work Orders in CRM in coordination with RCSC.
• Ensure troubleshooting information is transferred to Field resources and that they are prepared for activities.
• Maintain and update CRM and contact database; promote online support with customers.
• Act as a key contact for customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and high satisfaction.
