Amaris Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Central Planning Specialist for its Life Sciences team. You will coordinate field activities, optimize resource planning and ensure smooth communication between customers, field engineers and internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.

The role demands fluency in French, Dutch and English, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple requests with empathy.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French, Dutch and English (all three mandatory).
• Strong customer-facing attitude and professionalism.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under time constraints.

Responsabilités

• Plan and allocate resources to cover maintenance, repairs, modifications, meetings, trainings, holidays, sick leaves and on-call duties.
• Participate in rotation scheme to alternate between dispatch management and service planning.
• Coordinate interventions with Field Resources and manage the LocalSupport mailbox.
• Use Knowledge Matrix to assign the most qualified FSE considering availability and urgency.
• Create and update Cases and Work Orders in the CRM with accurate, timely information.
• Ensure troubleshooting information is transferred to Field resources and they are prepared.
• Maintain CRM and contact database and promote online customer support.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction.
