Konvert Interim Hasselt is seeking a multilingual Customer Service Officer for weekends in Hasselt. The role involves handling inquiries in English, German, and French, providing technical support, and coordinating with workshops and repair centers.

You will work in a small team with leadership support and engage with diverse customers daily. The position emphasizes timely updates to customers, accurate information gathering, and adherence to contractual timelines, with weekend and Monday shifts

Qualifications

• Must speak English, German and French.
• Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
• Able to gather and verify information accurately.
• Good communication with workshops and repair centers.

Responsabilités

• Answering phone calls and emails and responding to inquiries from customers and other stakeholders.
• Gathering information and verifying its accuracy and completeness.
• Providing technical support and communicating with workshops and repair centers.
• Keeping customers and all other involved parties informed about the progress of their cases.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with agreements made with all parties involved.
• Following up on contract-related matters within the agreed deadlines.
