Satellic seeks a Customer Advisor to join its Liège-based team, delivering first-line support to international clients through calls, emails and chat.

You will handle road toll inquiries for freight vehicles in Belgium, with training provided. Fluency in English is required; multilingual skills are rewarded. There is potential for homeworking and a permanent contract after a successful interim period.

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education completed.
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluency in Dutch + English, German + English, German + English + French, or German + English + Dutch.
• Trilingual candidates are highly valued.
• Additional language skills may qualify for a language bonus.
• Competitive gross monthly salary of €2,369–€3,175 based on experience.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for customers via calls, emails and chat.
