Randstad Belgium in Geel seeks a driven MSAT Specialist to bridge lab innovation and large-scale biopharmaceutical manufacturing. You will lead scale-up, process optimization, and technology transfers, bringing innovative therapies from drawing board to patient while ensuring robustness and cost-efficiency.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, apply GMP principles, and work with cell culture or purification processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years OR a PhD with a minimum of 3 years in process development or MSAT in Life Sciences
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture or purification at lab/manufacturing scale
• Solid GMP understanding; experience with data trending and statistical tools is a plus

Responsabilités

• Technology Transfer: Facilitate transfer of new drug substance manufacturing processes to large-scale GMP facilities
• Documentation & Qualification: Ensure documentation readiness and support during PPQ
• Process Optimization: Lead initiatives to increase yield and robustness with supporting data packages
• Monitoring & Deviations: Monitor commercial processes, draft protocols and assess manufacturing deviations
