Qualifications

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Data Science, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Significant experience in biologics manufacturing, process development, industrialization, or data analytics.
• Experience building analytical, automation, or data visualization solutions.
• Strong understanding of regulated biopharma environments.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional delivery abilities.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.

• Develop and implement industrialization strategies to support manufacturing tech lifecycle management.
• Create data analytics and visualization solutions to improve process monitoring.
• Lead and coach industrialization and analytics specialists in cross-functional teams.
• Design automation tools to reduce manual activities and improve efficiency.
• Partner with digital, technology, and business teams to scale solutions.
• Evaluate and implement innovative manufacturing technologies for future needs.
