As a Graduate Client Advisor in Motor, you will assist with tenders, renewals and client data analysis, prepare presentations, and learn how Marsh adds value through market insight and service.

Qualifications

• Graduate with bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French a plus.
• Comfortable working with numbers and data.
• Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and professional.
• Interested in insurance, risk and client service.

Responsabilités

• Support the analysis of stop loss programs by reviewing coverage structures, client data, claims trends, and key performance insights.
• Assist in preparing tenders, renewals, and client presentations.
• Gather, organize, and validate client and market data.
• Prepare comparison tables, documentation, and internal briefing materials.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with colleagues, clients, and insurers.
• Contribute to the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of team deliverables.
• Learn how Marsh advises clients through technical analysis and market engagement.
