Econocom Belgium is seeking an L1/L2 IT Support Engineer to join our Backup Team. You will provide first- and second-line support across Belgium, temporarily replacing consultants during absences and ensuring service continuity for our clients.

This role offers variety and mobility, with travel to customer sites, opportunities to work in different environments, and dedicated time between assignments to follow training and obtain certifications. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in L1/L2 IT support, Service Desk, or Workplace Support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Proactive learner with interest in new technologies.
• Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible, autonomous, and able to travel across Belgium.
• Fluent in Dutch and French at C1 level.

Responsabilités

• Provide first-line and second-line IT support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment and business applications.
• Travel regularly to customer locations across Belgium, mainly in Flanders.
• Participate in workplace IT projects such as hardware refresh and Windows migrations.
