Médecins Sans Frontières Belgium is seeking an E-Pool HR Coordinator to support emergency interventions across contexts. You will work within the Emergency Pool, coordinating HR management, recruitment, and staff wellbeing in high-pressure environments.

The role requires English and French proficiency, readiness to travel on short notice, and experience as HRCo in MSF programmes. It offers a fixed-term, full-time contract with Mobility Allowance and an international field environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR management or administration is desirable.
• At least 12 months of international programme experience as HR Manager with MSF (or with another International NGO at project level).
• At least 6 months of international MSF programme experience as HRCo is mandatory.
• Experience in unstable and/or highly insecure context is essential.
• Capacity to develop an HR strategy.
• Knowledge of MSF OCB internal HR tools.

Responsabilidades

• Define, adapt and implement HR strategies and policies to meet urgent operational needs in rapidly evolving contexts.
• Act as a strategic partner to operations, ensuring HR capacity and support for emergency interventions.
• Act as the functional HR referent for projects.
• Prioritise critical HR actions, maintain compliance, and ensure MSF remains a responsible employer.
• Lead fast-track recruitment and onboarding for Country-Based Staff and International Mobile Staff.
• Establish HR structures and systems to respond to emergencies.
• Monitor the HR budget and workforce plan and remain accountable.
• Provide immediate support and guidance to project teams on HR management.
