MSF Belgium is seeking an HR Coordinator for its Emergency Pool (E-Pool) to deploy on short-term missions, provide HR leadership, and support emergency interventions across contexts. You will work under supervision of the Country Coordinator and HR Officer, focusing on rapid HR responses and staff wellbeing.

The role requires MSF international programme experience as HRCo and HR Manager, with fluency in English and French, and willingness to travel at short notice.

Competenze

• At least 12 months international MSF HR Manager experience.
• At least 6 months international MSF HRCo experience mandatory.
• Experience in unstable/insecure contexts essential.
• English and French proficiency mandatory; others assets.
• Capacity to travel to any country on short notice.
• Knowledge of MSF OCB internal HR tools.

Mansioni

• Define, adapt and implement HR strategies to urgent needs across countries.
• Act as strategic partner to operations ensuring HR capacity.
• Lead fast-track recruitment and onboarding for staff.
• Monitor HR budgets and workforce plans.
• Ensure contracts, payroll records and documentation accuracy.
