Job summary

MSF International seeks a Travel Referent to coordinate all international staff travel, ensuring compliance with the Travel Policy and adapting solutions to operational constraints. You will liaise with finance, procurement, partner sections, hubs, and external suppliers to deliver efficient arrangements.

Fluency in French and English is required, with at least two years in travel coordination and knowledge of visa requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in travel coordination or travel administration.
• Experience coordinating international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and related documentation.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements for MSF International staff across entities, ensuring efficiency and policy compliance.
• Review and validate travel requests for consistency with the Travel Policy.
• Arrange travel services (flights, trains, accommodation) and related services.
• Monitor and optimize travel planning, balancing cost, duration, and environmental impact.
