Job summary

Everience Benelux is seeking an MES Support Specialist to provide Level 2 support for MES incidents, support manufacturing and lab users, and execute configuration changes following approved procedures.

You will troubleshoot production issues, ensure GMP/GxP compliance, contribute to documentation, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation and IT teams to maintain system reliability.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, or Application Support.
• Experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Laboratory environments.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and laboratory processes.
• Ability to perform MES configuration and support activities.
• Understanding of GMP/GxP environments.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Basic SQL and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of ALCOA+ and Data Integrity principles.
• Exposure to Computer System Validation (CSV).
• Experience supporting regulated production environments.
