Amaris Consulting is seeking a motivated MES Business Analyst to join our Brussels team. You will bridge business needs with MES solutions in a regulated life sciences manufacturing setting, supporting digital transformation initiatives.

You will collaborate with production, IT, and quality teams to ensure successful MES deployments, validation, and documentation while driving continuous process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or MES Functional Consultant.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a strong plus.
• Good understanding of MES systems and manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) is highly valued.
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a production-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to be based in Brussels (mobility required).
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
