Amaris Consulting in Belgium is seeking a Manager to lead a dynamic business unit in an international environment. You will drive business development, recruit and mentor a talented team, and oversee financial and performance management to deliver results.

You will engage with clients, build long-term relationships, and ensure consultant satisfaction while fostering a collaborative culture. Fluent in French and English, you’ll thrive in a multicultural setting and shape the leaders of tomorrow.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or entrepreneurial environment.

As Manager at Amaris Consulting, you will be navigating the following 3 core dimensions: business development & client relations, recruitment and team leadership, financial and performance management.

Your missions

Business Development & Client Relations

• Identify potential opportunities through comprehensive market analysis and strategic outreach.
• Engage with prospective clients, orchestrate connections to demonstrate our expertise, and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction.

Recruitment and Team Leadership

• Attract and recruit top talent with the right expertise and skillset.
• Mentor and support your team to help them grow and succeed.
• Ensure project success and maintain high consultant satisfaction.
• Lead daily operations and create a positive working environment for your team.

Financial & Performance Management

• Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit.
• Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to optimize results.

Your profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in business development, consulting, or entreprenarial environnement
• Master’s degree in engineering or business school.Strong interest in IT tools and digital solutions.
• French and English fluent.
• You show leadership and mentoring abilities.
• You are results-oriented and proactive.
• You adapt easily to multicultural and international environments.
• You thrive in a demanding setting where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals. You are structured, organized, and possess a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset.

During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
